20 June 2011We are doing Dubbing services and has been deducted TDS on the payment of charges to the individuals and the same has been deposited on time to time but ERETURN not filed for the entire year (quarterly & Annualy) also for the FY 2010-11. Now there is any possibility to file the same and also any penalty is there for the same??

You can now also file the tds returns (it can be filed with the nearest nsdl centre or through internet). Penalty provisions do apply. But first create the returns and file it.
