Tds deduction on increasing salary

In my company staff's salary is revising from august 2016 & company is giving arrear since april 2016 so i want to know should I deposit interest on TDS on salary or or i should pay any penalty also.

Your company will calculate the (additional)TDS due along with any interest payable, which shall be deducted from your payment.

Thanks Sir, we will deposit the additional due tds with interest But I want to know is there any penalty need to pay also..

No need now. It has to be decided by ITO, during assessment.
