Tds deducted but not uploaded-- possible outcome?

Dear Sir, The Tamilnadu housing board has issued the enhanced compensation amount for the acquitted land belongs to us during 2012 but not uploaded the TDS deducted amount .Because of this the income tax department does not take that TDS deduction in to consideration.We approached the board several times, complained to Chief Minister cell and issued advocate notice also.They replied orally that the compensation is issued to a group of land owners along with you and they require pan numbers of those land owners also and because of that the process getting late.In this case kindly give your suggestions and guidance and the action to be taken to rectify this issue.Anticipating your earliest reply Thanking You Dr.N.Gnanasekar

Take TDS certificate or in writing from the deductor about the tax deducted (amount) in your individual case, and apply in writing to your Jurisdictional AO (TDS), along with any other relevent proofs. You will get effect, and department will take suitable action against the deductor.

Dear Sir, No dposit on PAN - No TDS certificate (Can take manual certificate in case of Deducter don't have PAN). Consulting your Jurisdictional Assessing Officer with deduction/payment proofs is best option as above well said.
