I have started a business for which i am the sole proprietor .
DO i need to deduct tax for the payment which i make to my contractors , other agencies .
for that should i get TIN number .
please help

No.
Applicable for those who is liable for tax audits u/s 44AB. And even in the very first year of audit, deduction is not applicable.
