The issue is that the TDS has been deducted in AY 14-15 by the deductor whereas the assessee has shown the income in the AY 13-14 . I just want to know that whether an assessee can claim TDS in 14-15 without showing such income again in AY 14-15. How assessee can claim such TDS ??
