What all documents are to be collected from client for filing tds/service tax return.

For Filing service tax return, you need to file it online through www.aces.gov.in by logging in the username and password.
Download the filing utility, study and understand the information which needs to be filled in the return.
On a gross level I would recommend you to collect ST payment challans,Taxable services rendered details. The level of details required depends from case to case.
