Since the date of invoice is in the month of December, you may deduct it on/after 1st Dec.

As per the date of invoice TDS must b deducted on 1st of December, as the law says date of credit in books of account or date of payment whichever is earlier. So u must deduct TDS on 1st Dec. i.e, invoice date.
