please some one has to confirm, TDS deductions to be deducted on gross amount of the bill or nett amount of the bill after a debit. Which is correct as per IT Act and AS? ( for all sections - 194 C, 194 J, 194 H, 194 I etc.,)

TDS is always deducted on the Gross amt but it Excludes Service Tax, SBC etc. if any.
