Dear Hayedar,
I am preparing a TDS Return in which I have to fill the name of the person responsible for deducting TDS & in case of a society all the members are trustee !!!
So, whether I should fill the name & pan of treasury or accountant or of else ???

Only Secretary is Responsible for deduction of TDS.
So Mention Name of Secretary for signatory Authority
