wheather services taken from educom are liable to tds if yes under which section
Do you mean Educomp services provided to schools?
Their Services include the following.
1. Provision of digital content mapped to schools syllabus
2. All hardware , equipment and accessories – installation and maintenance
3. Initial and ongoing training of teachers
4. Day to day support and monitoring of usage
regarding the hardware, equipment, syllabus sold to the school, no TDs needs to be deducted if they are mentioned seperately in the bill.
But if the whole contract is for all 4 of above, then deduct TDS @ 10% 194J.
So, you need to see the contract.
