Monthly fixed wages may be treated same as salary, and may attract sec. 192. But if its contractual then section 194C will be applicable.

1 ) If you are pay wages as a employee then TDS deduction should be according to slab rates (192)

2 ) if you are paid to any contractor then deduction should be @ 1% for indivisual/HUF @ 2% for others.
