PLZ TELL ME THE TDS RETURN PENEALTY WHICH COMES AFTER JULY,1 2012 200 PER DAY. WHETHER THE PENEALTY IS APPLICABLE FROM Retrospectively EFFECT.

No, it would be effective from that date only prospectively.

PLZ TELL ME SIR IF ANY PERSON NOT FILE HIS TDS RETURN FOR LAST 31.3.2011 HE IS LIABLE FOR THIS PENEALTY OR NOT?
