TCS Refund Issue
One of my friend didn't claim TCS Refund in his ITR filled in AY 2021-22. What is the procedure to claim it in Incometax portal for the AY.2021-22 and how it could be refunded now?

No, now you cannot claim the TCS refund, in my opinion.
The last date to file a revised return was 31st March 2022.
Further updated returns will also not apply in your case because of refund.

However, if the buyer doesn't have the taxable income, then, the TCS can be claimed as a refund.
