Taxes applicable on marriage garden business

Dear all, Kindly help me out by providing the list of all the taxes and their implication on the marriage garden business and all the necessary rules to be followed up the taxpayer. Thanks in advance....

Obtain Gumasta dhara, and check any taxes to be paid with local body like Municipality etc. for such events.

You will be able to declare your income from the business u/s. 44AD; at minimum 8%.

You will be liable to take registration under Service tax rules, as and when your total receipts cross Rs. 9 Lakhs; and pay service tax as it crosses 10Lakhs.

Is the liability of entertainment tax would arise on the same ?

Its local tax, depends upon the local governance, thats why I said: "check any taxes to be paid with local body like Municipality etc. for such events."

You can check with the Municipality or Panchayat of your area.

From next year, by expected implementation of GST, it is anyway going to be subside.
