collecting person and doing maitenance activity for all flats is service provider and he has to get registered under the "Management, Maintenance or Repair Services", Registration is not compulsory for the service provider whose annual gross receipt not exceed 10 lakh. Those are called small service provider so they no need to charge and collect service tax.

Person providing "dabeli, bavapav, pizza etc " under the Franchise of "Chatkazz" .... Should he pay vat ot service tax or both????
