04 April 2010In calculation of tax rate of non-resident benifit in slab rate for woman and senior citizen is not available i.e, as in resident it is 160000,190000,240000 but in non resident it is only 160000.Then what is slab rate in case of resident but not ordinarily resident.

in case of non ordinary resident,tax is applicable same as case of resident...

160000 is exempt for INDIVIDUAL which includes resident male , NOR , NR , AOP etc

the same rate n benefits are applicable to resident and not ordinary resident as that are applicable to resident and ordinary resident
