I need a software for preparion of Income tax and tds return . any one can suggest which is best ?

ICAI provides all in one software check that if you get that.
For TDS you don't need a software RPU is available on nsdl website use it.

I am currently using ZEN TDS and Spectrum by KDK Software. And I am very satisfied with it largely due to the service provided by them.
