In "Tax Details" tab of ITR-1 efiling form, what is the meaning of 6th column of Sch TDS2 (screen shot attached, marked in red box). I can see it is only changing the amount of interest u/s 234B and 234C. Please help.

In which case do I need to claim for refund?
My bank deducted 10% on interest. Do I need to put '0' in this field?

Suppose interest from all my saving account was Rs. X. Bank deducted Rs. Y. I need to pay remaining tax Rs. Z
Now which amount should I put? or should I put '0' in this column?
