Tax on temporary withdrawal from epf account

Helo,
I want to know what are the tax implications on temporary withdrawal from EPF account? Will the same be treated as loan or taxed similar to full EPF withdrawal procedure?

any amount withdrawn from EPF account cannot be added back to such account so it cannot be said to be temporary withdrawal ...

Further since such amount cannot be added back it is not a loan and treated normally as the EPF procedure mentioned by you
