We have Rs.595065/- SGST Cash Ledger Balance only and we have to pay Rs.403965/- IGST Tax Liability and Pay SGST Tax Liability Rs.42955 /-now
we have no SGST and CGST input credit so we can pay Rs.403965/- IGST Tax Liability through SGST Cash Ledger? and pay Rs.42955/ SGST Tax Liability?
There is a form GST PMT-09, by filing this form, you can shift balance of SGST to IGST or CGST as required. This is possible only for Cash Ledger. Process for filing of PMT-09 can be viewed on google easily.
