it is taxable u/h capitalgains as per sec 45.

Hi friends,
Can any body provide me information whether partnership firm which is doing bussiness of finance is that liable to TDS, Advance Tax how we have deduct to pay. what is the Income Tax rate on Interest received

It is taxable under sec 45 of Capital gains......tax rate will apply as per the LTCG or STCG rules
