On invoice basis... And in case of service on advance also
Accrual Basis too
Invoice has to be issued on accrual or payment basis.. Whichever is earlier
if Invoice issued in January but payment not made till February then in which month amount must be filed ?

If Invoice is raised in January, Point of Taxation will be the invoice date. Hence Liability to pay GST will be for the month of January, which is to be paid by 20th of February.
