Tax audit u/s 44ab
Tax audit is applicable for co operative societies engaged in the business of works contarct registered at west bengal having turnover Rs 65 lakh.If yes then which form is applicable ?
At present we can submit the return & audit report (if applicable) for the AY 2015-2016.

tax audit not applicable unless turnover exceeds 1 crore. however audit under co-op
however audit under co-op societies act would be applicable. and yes, return for AY 15-16 can be filed now.
