Signing tax audits of more than 60 will lead to professional misconduct. Apart from this:
If CA has signed 61 tax audits, whether he has any remedy availlable? Like revising the report and getting it signed by another CA?
Is there any other remedy available ?
The case will go to disciplinery committee and appropriate actions will be taken including suspension of practice for a temporary period or likewise.
I don't think this will have any impact on audited 61st entity.
