Tax applicability on medical allowance & medical reimbursement
Hi,
Please explain, if employee has Medical allowance 1250/- & medical reimbursement 3000/- too in his offered CTC, then what would be Tax applicability?

Medical allowance is fully taxable u/s 10 of Income Tax Act,1961 whereas medical reimbursement is exempt upto Rs. 15000/- provided medical bills to be produced before employer by employees.
