dear sir/madam I am doing business in coal transportation but not owned any truck. can you please let me know which taxes are applicable to me

Since you are doing service activity, Service tax and Income tax is applicable. Service tax registration is mandotory if your gross receipts exceeds 9 lakhs in a year, and income tax as per nor normal rates subject to your status.

since you are not owning any truck , you need to give a declaration to your suppliers for non deduction of TDS on your payment. in this case you will be covered under Business auxillary services for the purpose of service tax.
