Tan number required for filing income tax return salary person

i want to know, i want to fill income tax return & i m not come in TDS Category. Company will not provide form 16 to us, and also not provide in future & not give TAN number. Then how can we fill return without TAN number. is it possible??

Cant understand what you are asking, (a) has the TDS been made by the company?? (b) have you checked your form 26AS? TAN no can be found by other methods too.

Did You Have PAN ? TAN not necessery file IT Return.

Even you are not come under TDS category you can file IT return based on Your salary slip .

TAN No Is Not Necessary ... For Filling of Return of Income & in case if you want to find out TDS amount deducted by your Employer then you can find it in 26AS in your Income tax Login

Dear brother,

you can file your itr without tan no.if your employer not deducted tds and not issue form 16

File as per salary slip and bank statement

There is no relationship from itr filing of individual and tan no of his employer.

you can fill income tax return independtly either come in TDS Category or not,either company will provide form 16a or not.

Even my BIL, a sr.ctzn experienced this issue. After giving IFSC code for the Bank and his a/c no, there is no need for TAN of the bank. But a popup emerges after clicking submt asking for TAN and does not allow to proceed. Pls clarify.
