if I want to surrender my s tax registration but provisional I'd has already been issued
then do I need to migrate to GSt first and then surrender or directly surrender in s.tax

If you have been provided provsional Id , after 1st July you will be provided a final certificate of GST. You can withdraw after that.
means first I have to migrate then surrender
if provisional I'd has not been granted then wat should I do
Provisional Id is being granted to every existing regd person.
