In the current budget.. Service tax rate has been proposed to 14 % including cess... so it means now we need not to calculate ces on this 14 % amount as we ususally do previously like 12 % + .24+.12 = 12.36
now its 14 % Net rate

BUT SIR IN EVERY BUDGET WHEN RATE OF SERVICE TAX INCREASED OR DECREASED THEN NEXT DAY RATE AUTOMATIC CHANGED.BUT SIR IN THAT Y RATE NOT CHANGED
