I am not getting good exposure in my firm.i am a ca final student & still 1 year of articleship is left. What should i do after passing ca final to get good experience as that of big firms?

For good exposure you need to join medium size firms, there you will get different kind of exposure and you can gain knoweldge in different fields..In big 4 only onfield exposure you can get..

Take transfer & go for other firm or u can also go for industrial training if u want carrer in industries in future.

For getting good exposure u should join ca firm after passing of your ca final exam. If you are able to take industrial training u should join it.
