Download etds software from NSDLand enter full details in that and you have to convert and should write in cd and submit..

go to incometaxindia.gov.in site and u can received any type of information

download the etds software ....now fill the details lik company details, tds details, generate the fil...3 files vl b generated...now make the cd nd take printout the form 16, or 16a whatever...submit d cd nd form to the department

in saraltds software, first create a file, then enter deductor information, then deduction details, then enter challan information, then check ur linking at display linked challans option. then you can successfully create ur quarterly return.
