Submission GSTR-1 for Quarterly Basis and Reflected Buyer's Monthly GSTR-2B

Example : Supplier Submit  Quarterly GSTR -1 (  April to June )  on July 13th . 

                  But said Invoice Not Reflected at   Buyer's GSTR-2B  for the month of April and May

Problem : Buyer Can Not Avail ITC from above Bill for April and May --- 

                 To avail ITC from above Bill Buyer has to wait for June 

Question : What is the solution in this situation ???
