30 March 2017I am running a coaching institution in a rented building. Classes are in morning section. Can I sub lent the classroom to someone in my family or to my friend for taking classes or some other purpose for the rest of the day, with the consent of legal owner? Is it legal?

ya you can sub let but you have to see the agreement whether any clause is there
