isn't there anything in the itsm subject which is typical or hard to understand just like sections or any other thing, or which make me think about taking the coaching of ITSM

U can do it at yourself..At starting you might have a problem in language but gradually u will start understanding it and will be able to write it..Take it as other subjects and try to understand it conceptually as well as think practically..

kindly, suggest me can i start preparation for Exams of ITSM from study material or should i get the notes of it.

Material by institute is the best for any subject..start it from module and pm..if u want to do more practice, suggested would be the best..then RTP...and write as many papers as u can..
