Have one Doubt
For Strike off we need to file MGT 14 mandatorily ?
or only SR if we attach with stk2 will that be enough ?

Hi,
I always file form MGT - 14 and then i attached its challan on form STK - 2. Its good practice because you pass special resolution so file form MGT - 14.
