Here I have some small tips to tackle with Strategic Mangement Case Study:

Steps:

 

  1. Ratofy all theories and moels (eg: SWOT)

  1.  
  2. Read the case properly
  3. Jot down the headings of all theories/models that you have ratofied on Question paper
  4. Try to apply the listed headings to the given case and eleminate those which would certainly be not applicable
  5. Finally you ellobrate the model you chose in relation to the case and justify. Read the case properly

 

Remember there is no rigid answer to any case it depends on the justification and the inference you draw from the models/theories.

Infact you should always feel that its your own organisation or you are the executive, step into the shoe and think how would you react to the problem.
