STP registration

dear now sales tax about to end that is what m want to tell u 

regarding sale tax practice registration under section under 82. I have thinking start Tax consultancy & practicing in sale tax so give the advice for STP registration, processure  

Now it's not sale tax registration it should be under GST

Either it is Sales Tax Practitioner or Service Tax Practitioner, as already quoted by earlier gentlemen, since GST is being introduced, ther is no point of registering as STP; in stead, you may have to register under GST as GSTP; We have some time left for migrating to that section and therefore you may please wait, Mr.Atul !
