-for stat audit have to follow all SAs nd co. act -should have knowledge abt d client's business nd its environment -should prepare audit plan nd audit program -knowledge abt client's internal environment -chck previous records, reports, minutes etc -and maintain all documents / working papers and consider all relevant laws as applicable CORRECT ME IF I WRONG
