	HELLO FRIENDS, PARTNERSHIP DEED IS MADE ON RS. 1,000 STAMP NOW PLS. TELL ME EVEN THE RETIRMENT OR DISSOLUTION DEED IS ALSO TO BE PREPARED ON RS. 1,00 STAMP PAER OR ANY OTHER AMOUNT. EVEN A SIMPLE CHANGE IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE FIRM ALSO TO BE MADE ON RS. 1,000 STAMP PAPERS. PLS. TELL ME.

	NO, the dissolution deed with attract stamp duty on asset value of the firm, and its applicable as per state registration act.
