Stamp duty on MOA/ AOA
Please explain, why MCA requires Stamp duty in MOA/ Aoa , or we say reason of stamp duty on MOA / AOA..?

Stamp duty is charged by state govenments, as per stamp duty act, on all such deeds. (without the due stamp duty, they are not treated as legal or valid.)
