Stamp duty for inc 21 in rajasthan (not karnataka)

Dear Members,

I am NOT able to file INC 21....

The SI No. 05 of form INC-21 is asking to enter particulars of payment of stamp duty.

I did not pay any stamp duty for INC-21.

From where can i get the amount of stamp duty to be paid for this form ?

Also, there is no option in form INC-21 to pay stamp duty online.

If to be paid manually, what to write on the stamp paper ?

Dear Ankit,

Take print out of first page of form 21 and get it franked with Rs. 20 and attach same to form 21 along with INC 10 and file it with ROC.

Yes, alternatively you can purchase stamp paper of requisite amount and mention "Attached to and forming part of declaration in form INC.21 for commencement of business", sign it and attach scan copy with INC.21.

Thank you sir for so prompt replies..............

While entering CIN number of company in FORM INC 21...... I am getting an error message that this form is relevant for Companies having share capital.............

My company is having share capital.......... i even rechecked the certificate of incorporation.........

Pls guide and help...........
