Read Institute study material and make notes, circles n join n connect imp points with pencil in each and every page and make a flowchart after each chapter..revise with the help of this and use pencil and eraser to improve the notes u hv prepared so that u have a solid notes a day before exams..idea here is to make notes in such a manner that before entering the exan hall ur confident that u have read each n every topic a day before the exam. Here imagination is reqd for this paper..for eg when u read system analyst u imagine a person wearing a white formal shirt with a tie and speaking with top mgmt for their cis needs or if u read system devpt then imagine a team of these experts making step by step plan to revamp the present system and documenting at each n every stage or for database u imagine a big computer in a secured room containing all data in a ms access kinda format n processing n ready to share info to reqd users..imagination need not be 100% accurate..idea here is to understand the concept in the right sense and capturing it by using pencil and rubber skills..when u understand the concept just circle and drag and join all key sentences and words so that the freshness of understanding remains intact.. Another question is how big should be the notes..see if u require 3 minutes to read a page then make a notes in such a manner that when u open that page next time u should immediately understand that concept within 30 seconds. So its a 400 page book..in that 45 hour exam gap if u effectively utilise 20 hours then with 30 sec per page or 20 pages per hour avg u can complete the entire book(Note-if u use hour calculation then u might need 2 to 3 hrs extra due to Law Of Laziness) With this strategy im sure u can easily score 70 plus in this paper provided u are determined and disciplined.. Query/comments are welcomed..ALL THE BEST.
