What is the process of Slump Sale for Private limited Co.?

There is no such clarification that Slump sale provosion is separately clarification about the applicablity for private company other than public company. I think its same for all the assesse's.

Thank you sir for your reply. but my company wants to go for slump sale and i dont have any clue that from where should i start and where should i end up.. high court intervention is thr or not..?? no any clarification is thr... Plz help.
