Sir, which itr to fill up if a person have an govt salary ,houserent income and agriculture also?

Sir, Which ITR to fill up if the the person is salary Income ,with house rent income,and agricultural income.

If agricultural income is >5,000, then use ITR2A provided you don't have any capital gain. But if the agricultural income is <=5,000, then you may use ITR1.

Salary Income , Income from ONE House property , Agri Income < 5000 : ITR 1 (cumulative conditions)

Salary Income , Income from MORE than ONE House property , Agri income > 5000 : ITR 2A.

Note : Ignoring income from other Heads ( no details given)

As ITR -1 is filed only when income from 1 house property is arriving and aggregate agricultural income < 5000 during the relavent year along with salary income.

You can file ITR - 2A , even if HP income is from one or more than 1 HP and agricultural income is below 5000 or more than that.

ITR 1-when salary income , one house property income ,agriculyutal income is less than 5000.

ITR2A- when aggregate of salary ,more than one house property and agricultural income is more than 5000.

SIr,

As the person is falling U/s 10(26) which is exempoted of income tax ,in this case salary income will be exempted ,will the house property income will be exempted or not.
