Sir, to submitted the the return of trust whether itr7 or itr 5?

Sir, please guide to submitted the return whether ITR 7 or ITR 5 has to be submitted. And for ITR 7 in case of trust purpose whether TAX registration is compulsory or not.

Sir,

I have a Pan card registerd in the name of trust ,MY ca told that to filled the return of the Trust in ITR 7, the trust has to get register in income tax I.e 12A.

So i want ot know is it compulsory to get the Trust register under income tax.
