Sir, I received arrear salary up to Fy 2012-2013 in this june 2016.Can i can for relief in FY 2016-2017

That means i have to make total calculation of total salary From 2002 to 2013 and total arrear from 2002 to 2013 take out the difference an can claim relief.IS it right way.As i got arrear from FY 2002-2003.

Calculation for relief is little dicey. You can take help of your tax advisor for calculation.

I have arrear calculator which automatically calculates.But i am bit confuse as arrear received up to 2012 that means rest of the column till 2015will remin blank or what.

When you receive arrears, take them into computation of total income on receipt basis and calculate tax. Then spread the arrears to the respective years of total income and calculate tax. If you are taxed high for receiving arrears this year, you will get relief. But make sure, for claim of relief for arrears e' filing of Form 10 E is also mandatory
