I have registered for cs foundation for june 2014. I have even started preparing for them. But now i have come to know about the new provisions in the companies act 2013. The scope now will be very limited if it is restricted to only public companies. Should i continue with the course?? I have read that efforts are being made to rectify this. Can we expect the mca to change these rules? Any ideas will be very helpfull.

The fact is that if DTC comes into the picture and gets implemented, the CS's role would be increased to cover areas mostly covered by CA's, so my friends I think CS career is by no means under threat and this is the time to actually pursue and clear the exams and obtain CS qualification.
