Short deduction of tds from employee salary

I mistakenly made short deduction of tds of Rs 10000/- from salary of employees, respective employee has paid the entire balance amount of 10000/- while filing his income tax return. Am i liable to pay the short deduction amount of Rs 10000 again, how do i correct the default notice received.
