28 November 2016My doubt is regarding the transfer of shares of Pvt ltd Company. While preparing Form MGT-7 details of share transfers to be given. What amount shold i enter in the column where Amount Per share is given. Should i enter the Face value of share or the negotiated price.

Face value of the share is to b entered, i dont think MCA will b concerned about the profit or loss of transferer.
