Good Morning,

May I request the members here to please advice if there a format fixed by the Government of India for issuing Share Certificates to share holders of private limited companies?

What are the statutory requirements and do we need to register this with the ROC?

Thanks for the query Mr. Guruswamy,
For issue of certificate of share, the is a Form which the act specifies to be followed, as much as possible, meaning there can be changed if circumstances warrant so.
Form No. SH 1 is the number of form,
I am here by attaching the file of the form, should you need the utmost necessary information that law required to disclose(which is stated in the form)
please revert I shall attach that with the relevant case laws in this regards.
